1. Mechanical Structure Principle
The main part of this equipment consists of a height-adjustable support frame [composed of the machine base, lead screw, and moving crossbeam (lower jaw seat)] and a working frame [composed of the working cylinder, piston, table plate, support frame, and upper crossbeam (upper jaw seat)]. Its working principle is as follows: high-pressure oil is supplied by the oil pump to the working cylinder, and through the movement of the piston, the table plate and upper crossbeam (upper jaw seat) are pushed upward to perform tensile or compression tests on the specimen. Tensile tests are conducted between the upper crossbeam and the moving crossbeam of the main unit, while compression tests are carried out between the table plate and the moving crossbeam of the main unit. The adjustment of the test space is achieved by driving the dual lead screws to rotate synchronously via the drive mechanism (lifting motor, sprocket, chain, etc.), which moves the crossbeam up or down.
2. Electrical Principle
This equipment operates on a three-phase 380V or two-phase 220V, 50Hz AC power supply. The main circuit includes the oil pump motor and the lifting motor. Fuses are installed in both the main circuit and the control circuit to prevent excessive current, and thermal relays are connected in series before the oil pump motor and the lifting motor to protect the motors from overload.
3. Unpacking and Acceptance
After unpacking, please check the quantity of the equipment and accessories against the order contract and packing list to ensure completeness. If any shortages or damages are found, please notify our company as soon as possible for timely resolution.
4. Pre-installation Preparation
The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, vibration-free room with an ambient temperature of 10°C to 35°C. Sufficient space (≥0.7m) should be reserved around the testing machine for testing and maintenance purposes.
The main unit of the testing machine and the control cabinet should be installed on a concrete foundation. The foundation dimensions should comply with the outline and foundation diagram, with provisions for anchor screws and other electrical installation pipelines. The upper surface of the foundation should be leveled horizontally.
